My Story

I know what it's like to be capable, determined, and still feel completely stuck.

I'm an Army veteran, a mother of three, a trauma survivor, and a graduate counseling student at Northwestern University. I've spent much of my adult life learning — sometimes the hard way — how profoundly our past shapes our present, and how much genuine self-understanding it takes to actually change that.

That's not an abstract idea for me. It's the story of my own life. I've navigated transitions that stripped away everything I thought defined me — and had to rebuild from the ground up, figuring out who I actually was and what I genuinely wanted. What I discovered is that the most powerful thing you can do isn't try harder. It's understand more clearly.

That understanding is what I bring to every coaching engagement. I combine my training in psychology and counseling with a structured, practical coaching approach built through years of helping people move through some of the most significant chapters of their lives.

I'm not here to fix you. You're not broken. But I will help you understand yourself in ways that make real, lasting change not just possible — but inevitable.

Reinvention is not becoming someone new.
It is remembering who you have always been —
and finally giving her room to breathe.
