THIS IS NOT
A few things worth clarifying before we begin.
Not therapy. We don't diagnose, treat mental illness, or process trauma. Clients should be psychologically stable and ready to focus on growth.
Not motivational coaching. We don't do hype, affirmations, or accountability without insight. This is structured, substantive work.
Not a quick fix. Real change takes time and honesty. We'll build something durable, not a burst of short-lived momentum.
HOW IT WORKS
A clear process from first conversation to lasting change.
01 — Free Discovery Call
A 30-minute conversation to understand where you are, what you're working toward, and whether this is the right fit.
02 — Foundation Session
We go deep. This 90-minute session maps your patterns, values, history, and current challenges. It's the foundation everything else builds on.
03 — Ongoing Sessions
60-minute sessions every 1–2 weeks. We work through what's emerging — building insight, developing new approaches, and tracking what changes.
04 — Between-Session Work
Reflection prompts, frameworks, or small experiments to carry the work forward between calls.
05 — End-of-Package Review
At the end of each package, we review your progress, consolidate what you've learned, and decide on next steps.
PACKAGES & PRICING

Foundation — $600
4 sessions over 6–8 weeks. Ideal if you're new to coaching or want to address a specific challenge. Includes the Foundation Session + 3 ongoing sessions.
Growth — $1,100 ✦ Most Popular
8 sessions over 3–4 months. The most popular option. Enough depth to create real, lasting change. Includes the Foundation Session + 7 ongoing sessions.
Transformation — $2,000
16 sessions over 6–8 months. For those ready to do significant, sustained work on themselves. Includes the Foundation Session + 15 ongoing sessions.
All packages include a free 30-minute discovery call, between-session support via email, and an end-of-package review.

Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-focused and works best when you're psychologically stable. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, I'll help you find the right resources.
How is this different from regular life coaching?
This is psychology-informed, not motivational. We work with your actual patterns, history, and internal landscape — not goals and accountability alone.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients notice meaningful shifts within the first 3–4 sessions. Deeper change — the kind that sticks — typically takes the full length of a package.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. Sessions are conducted via video call, so location isn't a barrier.
